Russian city Blagoveshensk and Chinese Heihe were called the largest border bases of international drug trading of two countries. It was stated during the recently held conference in Sochi concerning cooperation development between Russia and China.
Those two cities are placed on the far sides of the Amur River that divides China and Russia. Everyday about a million of people pass the border between the cities. Of course, in that people circulation there are drug dealers that are hardly can be monitored.
It is important to note that the supplies direct basically from China to Russia. Last year few tries to take the drugs to China were identified. But later it was revealed that those drugs were for personal use. At the same period of time there were 12 facts of exporting of large run of drugs from China.
“We are constantly working on fighting with drug traffic in this direction, in close cooperation with law-enforcement authorities of Russia,” – noticed vice-minister of security of PRC, Zhang Sinfen
